It’s December already! This desktop wallpaper for the last month of 2013 features vintage floral line art designs that have been hand-colored with fuchsia and chartreuse highlights. The background is a simple textured cream paper. In the middle is an easy to read December 2013 calendar in an elegant font, making it easier for you to keep track of the busy days of the holiday season.
There are lots of holidays to celebrate at the end of the year. Though Hanukkah begins in November this year, it carries through until the end on December 5th. Then there is the Winter Solstice on December 21st. Christmas Eve and Christmas follow close behind on December 24th and 25th. Though not generally observed in the US, many countries celebrate Boxing Day on December 26th – is also the first day of Kwanzaa. Then, wrapping up the month on a celebratory note, there is New Year’s Eve on December 31st. And those are just the major holidays! All in all, December is a month full of important days and reasons to make merry.
