This fabulous transparent PNG 4″x6″ picture frame border is part of my clip art borders collection. The elegant image has intricate details and scroll work. You can use this for digital scrapbooking as a picture frame – it has the oval cut out so you can just paste it over your picture in a vintage inspired layout.
